How I Got Here | Site Directions

In July 2007, I became a blogger. Instead of passively reading about all these great ideas relating to my interests as I had done for years, I decided to make my own web log even if it only was used to organize all this information that is now readily available to anyone with internet access. I didn’t just make a blog one day though. I read a lot of other peoples’ for a long time. Then, I took a couple of important steps that made me more comfortable with the blogosphere.

First, I finally switched over to Firefox and then using RSS (Really Simple Syndication) became a breeze. After realizing the simplicity with which I could navigate the loads of information out there, making a blog felt more doable. I chose WordPress.com and here I am.

If you sound at all like me and don’t have a blog, try it! The future is what you make of it. I look forward to it, no matter what it may hold.

Become a subscriber to this site using RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds so you can be automatically notified every time I update. To do this you will need a browser that can read RSS feeds. Firefox is the ideal browser; I highly recommend it along with the Sage extension.  Since I have started using Sage, I haven’t looked back.

The goal of this site is to make Dayton, Ohio the best city to live in the United States.

Remember, it is not the critic who counts. Cynicism accomplishes nothing positive.
